3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using Boolie.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

  • To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • No Automated Decisions: Boolie.ai does not make hiring, rejection, or ranking decisions automatically

  • Decision Responsibility: All employment decisions remain with you, the customer

  • Accuracy Limitations: AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed critically

5.2 AI Transparency

  • We are committed to responsible AI use. Key principles include:

  • AI features focus on job-related qualifications and recruiter-defined criteria

  • We do not intentionally infer or evaluate protected characteristics

  • No training on customer data without explicit opt-in

  • Third-party AI providers process data only to deliver requested outputs

6. Acceptable Use Policy

  • You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

  • Violate any applicable employment, labor, or data protection laws

  • Use the Services to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Harvest or collect information about other users

7. Your Data and Content

  • You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you upload to Boolie.ai, including:

  • Resumes and candidate profiles

  • Interview transcripts and recordings

  • Job descriptions and position information

  • Notes and custom content

7.2 License to Process Data

  • By uploading content, you grant Boolie.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your data solely to provide the Services you request.

7.3 Data Responsibility

  • You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to upload and process all data

  • Obtaining necessary consents from candidates and users

  • Complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws

  • Using the Services in compliance with employment and labor laws

7.4 Data Security

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Boolie.ai Property

  • The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding your uploaded content), are owned by Boolie.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

10. Subscription and Payment

  • AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable

  • The Services will help you achieve any particular hiring or business outcome

12.3 Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOLIE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services

  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid to Boolie.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim

12.4 Legal Compliance Disclaimer

  • Boolie.ai does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, including employment, labor, and data protection laws.

13. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boolie.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

  • Any employment decisions you make using the Services

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

  • Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

14.3 Arbitration

  • You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations, except where prohibited by law.
